quinoa is a wonder grain, high in protein, high in fiber, and low in fat. Even I can cook it, just two ingredients: quinoa and salsa. Let it boil 15min and its done. 1 serving (1/4 cup dry) has: 170 calories 6g protein 3g fiber 3g fat For a great meal, have quinoa with 1/2 cup cooked pinto beans (or half a chicken breast) and a piece of fruit.

Do the benefits of red wine outweigh the toxicity of alcohol? www.facelessfatloss.com My last video for a while, had a string of them completed to upload this past week. Red wine is touted as having excellent health-giving qualities such as the resveratrol content found in the grapes used to make the wine. We must remember that alcohol is a toxin. The liver must process it. Any benefits derived from resveratrol are countered by the amount of work the liver must do to remove the toxin from our bodies. This is what most research seems to now bear out, and it is research I support because it makes sense. Occasional use of alcohol in minimal quantities is fine for many people. Compensate dehydration with a glass of water for each drink you consume. I personally choose not to drink at all. Thanks for watching, and subscribe to my channel! http
