when results started showing? I have a bulky muscle in my front thigh and I want it to go away and get slim but firm legs
i actually felt the burn in this one! like a 100% in my legs and thighs…although it got confusing with the pointing and flexing the toes and coordinating it with the breathing :X
i also dont seem to have that much stability (grounding the hip part)!! so frustrating!!

Your hips will stop shaking as the muscle develops. Its good it means it is working
pilates is the only exercise that works i saw the results after a week feeling more flexible then after the 3rd week loss the execises wer soo easy i went from a size 14-16 to size 10-12 in just 2 months. never 4t it would be possible oh i also ate less carbs and lot of fruit and veg not a drastic diet lots of water. But the only thing is dat i didn’t continue the excericises and diet and gained the weight again. Now Im bck aftr anothr yr 4 anothr try well gud luk to every1
I you only do this one pilates routine once a day, will you loose weight on your thighs?
And will it take long to do so?

I believe so; it will help with strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance but without adding muscle bulk.

I just started this routine myself.
i was also shaking because i didn’t have the strength to hold myself up.
or in specific moves.
but i’ve been doing it for a week now and i’m getting alot better at it. i also have a slight result.

My hips even hurt when I’m on a mat, and sometimes I shake a bit, maybe its because Im not used to the routine yet? Help
xlaurenc your hips might be hurting coz your not doing it on carpet or a pilates mat…..
Not sure what you mean about the first question, cause i am in a straight line? But yeah! I do it on hard floor, maybe thats the reason Lol. Thanks
are your hips and legs stacked? and your whole body in a straight line?
if they are then maybe it’s just your floor’s hard
I just started this routine two days ago. I’ve done it twice and I really enjoy it. It burns but not so much that it’s unbearable. It’s perfect! Thanks for this!
