I am a 19 year old college student, and on October 24th, 2007 I decided to turn my life around. I was obese, depressed, and was lacking in self confidence. Now, as of February 17th, 2008 I am over 50 pounds lighter; having dropped 6 pant sizes, and two shirt sizes- I will do whatever it takes to not get back to where i was. How did I do it you might ask? – Hardwork, determination, and moral support. if you wanna ask me specifically how i lost it or need some motivation don’t be afraid to ask …

wow thats amazing. how long did that take you
you use l carnitine or something????
Wow man props to you for accomplishing that. I have lost 80 pounds and now im trying to get more weights and toning exercises into my workout schedule and try to get rid of the last 20 pounds and get some muscle at the same time. If you see this… How tall are you?
You had a little blubber around your belly, but you were far far far off from being fat let alone “obese.”
Whatever you did to get ripped, it would not take me such a short period of time to acheive that result. I’m fat in the true sense…Not as you were.
But I’m doing my best, and your story is inspiring nontheless.
Thank you for sharing
